This charming riad, restored in 2023, has been tastefully redecorated and thoughtfully furnished, with cool neutral colours offsetting vibrant decorative items and bringing to the fore the property’s timeless elegance. The bedrooms, all with air conditioning and en-suite facilities, are wonderfully cosy and, while currently set up as 3 double rooms and a twin room, can be reconfigured to meet your specific needs. 

However, it is Riad Annour’s shared spaces that really catch the eye. The dining area makes good use of a beautiful interior patio, allowing guests to dine under the open sky, as well as bestowing the riad bountiful natural light. The choice of traditional, niche-like slits in the walls allow both light and air to pass and lend the space an ambience reminiscent of the Arabian Nights. The patio also includes an 8-person sofa area and coffee table. A secondary separate living room area is also available, with 6-person soft seating area and TV projector. This secondary living room can be converted to an extra bedroom upon request.     

The pièce de résistance, however, is the sunny rooftop terrace. This splendid, secluded space includes a fully-equipped outdoor kitchen and bar area and is open to the sun yet sheltered from the neighbours’ view. Upon it you will find a table for 8 and 3 sun loungers, each with their own parasol, a coffee table and poufs and a gorgeous Bali stone swimming pool in which to cool off. Lazy afternoons on the terrace are often soundtracked by friendly birdsong, however for those who wish to set their own soundtrack, a soundsystem is available to you. 

Riad Annour possesses two staff, including a personal cook, and offers top-of-the-range services included in the price, such as breakfast served in the indoor patio or on the terrace, afternoon snacks, a variety of teas, snacks before bedtime and unlimited mineral water.  

And for those who want to indulge fully in the Moroccan experience, soothing massages with local professionals can also be arranged.

- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam

- The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise, fees can be charged to the customer.

- 2nd payment 45 Days to arrival day: 60 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.

- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 45 Days to arrival day: 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
